CHONDROMALACIA PATELLA- MRI GRADING

Introduction: Chondromalacia patellae is characterized by patello-femoral (retropatellar) joint pain, accentuated during knee flexion, and associated crepitus. Softening of the articular cartilage with associated degenerative changes is responsible for the spectrum of changes seen.
